Bond lodgement

For all tenancies the equivalent of four (4) weeks is collected from the tenant at the start of the tenancy and lodged with the RTA. A unique bond reference number is created for this payment and provided to the tenants. In cases where a tenancy is extended over time with an increased rent, then the difference between the original bond payment and the new bond payment amount is paid by the tenant and topped up in payment via the RTA accordingly.
