Nestled in a beautiful Australian native Bushland setting and yet so close to Brisbane‘s CBD and public transport, Woolshed Grove was an immaculate land development site.
Located about 12 km north west from Brisbane‘s CBD and only a short walk to the ferny grove train station and bus station, Woolshed Grove was an exclusive boutique estate that captured urban living naturally due to its Bushland setting, acreage style parks, and close proximity to everything a modern lifestyle required.
With 62 land sites available with varying sizes, we were commissioned to conduct the necessary market research prior to development, as well as provide community engagement services to ensure the 62 blocks of land were not only sold, but to ensure community support was achieved from the beginning planning stages to ensure the development ran smoothly, on time and to plan.
Through involving the local community via family fun days on-site, as well as supporting the local schools and shopping precincts, the local community were made to feel that the estate was truly their own. To further involve the community, competitions were also run allowing the local community to name each of the streets on the estate as well as the playground area. Our Co-founder established and resourced a sales site on the premises throughout the entire sales period. All 62 blocks of land were sold in just over one year, making Woolshed Grove a tremendous success, as we exceeded sales expectations and values.
Careful planning, and a very tailored marketing plan were critical to the success of the project.
