Entry Inspections are carried out prior to the start of a new tenancy.
Photos are taken to reflect the exact condition of the property and together with detailed descriptions, complete the entry report. This report is used as supporting evidence and compared against the exit report for when the tenancy is ended.
Routine inspections are carried out twice a year and a full comprehensive report is provided including detailed photos, descriptions and suggestions regarding any maintenance matters that may have been uncovered during the inspection. Whilst our usual conduct is two (2) inspections per year, if further inspections are required we will do so at no extra charge. A testament of our aim to provide the best possible service to our landlords, we understand that at times, the correct approach means that one size does not fit all.
