Leasing your property

To best showcase the property we arrange professional photography, floorplans and advertise on all the major real estate advertising portals.

After our viewings, owners are provided with a report regarding the number of people in attendance including those that wish to apply.

A weekly report is also provided so that owners are kept informed as to how the property is tracking in terms of how the property sits in the rental pricing against the open market including pricing adjustments where required so as to ensure any rental loss is mitigated.
