Repairs and maintenance requests

Repairs and Maintenance is carried out by our assigned accredited professionals. Once a maintenance request is lodged via our portal, the owner will obtain a copy.

For a repair request, we ask that you provide as much detail as possible when completing this form. Details, such as model numbers would also assist us greatly.

Once your request is submitted, we will assess and where required, assign to the relevant qualified tradesperson. Please ensure you check your email inbox and mobile messages for ongoing correspondence and property access to carry out the works (where required).
